Growing up in Waxahachie and living in the Ellis County area has given Leslie and John a real passion and knowledge of the Ellis County area. For Leslie Majors and her husband John 'Family' is the word. This family-oriented team has been married for close to 20 years and we know the importance of finding the perfect home for your family. John and Leslie both grew up in Waxahachie and they love the Ellis County community and all that it has to offer. Both are very involved in the community and many civic organizations including past memberships in Waxahachie Junior Service League, chamber of commerce and Rotary.

The Majors have been our realtors for years! They aren’t only amazing professionals, but they are great people! They work hard for you, in finding the house you love, and to get yours sold quickly! Every house we have sold with them had multiple showings within a day of being posted. Our most recent sell, we had showing and a cash offer one day after posting, in which we took. I chose Leslie and John due to their outstanding reviews and apparent knowledge of both the area in which I was selling and the area in which I wished to buy. My home sold instantly and Leslie was able to quickly arrange for me to see possible homes to buy and was very patient with me as well. Both transactions were easily completed due to their expertise in all areas (selling, showing, buying, closing, etc.). Their support staff were excellent as well. This was my first time to buy a home. I was very nervous and unsure exactly what I wanted. Leslie took me to see over 10+ homes and every time something just didn’t seem right. Leslie never got frustrated she just kept saying “we will find your home”. After viewing more homes Leslie recommended looking at new builds. I was unsure with price if that was even a possibility. Leslie worked extremely hard for me to get the upgrades for no extra. She was there the entire time. She even was there for me when I signed my papers to make sure that all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable regarding this purchase. Leslie was a blessing and I am thankful she was there the entire time. I would definitely recommend Leslie Majors as your realtor!

I thought buying our first home would be near impossible with our budget and in this market. I only wanted the best part of Waxahachie with the best price tag... I was basically asking for the world. Leslie never acted like it was impossible, instead said, "We will find you something!" I was impressed by many thing but mostly impressed at her availability to look at houses and knowledge of the waxahachie area. We often saw homes right after texting her about them. She always makes time for her clients. We never felt rushed looking at houses and she never pushed her opinions on us, but did point out important things that we may have missed otherwise. Leslie helped us as first time buyers know what to offer on a house that had been on the market for just a few days with multiple offers. It was exactly what we wanted: in one of the most desirable historic areas of Waxahachie and under our max buying power. Perfect. Even 2 years after buying our house she helped us research values around our area to help us with property taxes. She keeps helping us even after the sale was finished.
