Good, safe and a homely community with variety of ammemities including swimming pool and garden area. Quick maintenance turnaround time and helpful ladies at the leasing office! Happy to be a part of this community.
I am a resident of Lehigh Square. I've been here going on 6 years. Katrina is the first manager here who has done anything in this place! I love what is happening here. She is doing a great job, and I am very happy- I'm sure other residents are too!

Worth what you pay I have lived here for about 16 months. The apartment is worth what you pay for it. Compared to other apartments in the area it is a lot better. The washer and dryer and remodeled kitchens are nice features. At times the neighbors can get loud but the management typically keeps it under control. If you pay your rent on time and are polite you will never have an issue. The maitenance crew is fast.
No complaints here. Management is the best by far. They are always on time and on point. They get there job done.
