EDIT** The supervisor contacted me was very helpful and understanding. They offered me a nice solution. Thank you again to the supervisor, this was well handled and how business should be handled!! ---- I ordered for Valentines Day to be sent to my mom at her work, I ordered quite a few days before to ensure they would be there in the morning/afternoon. I live out-of-state and wanted to send my Mom flowers for her birthday. She was not home to receive the flowers. Mark the person delivering the arrangement made attempts to find a close neighbor home- there was none. He called me and we discussed leaving the flowers with a message for her. I love this place. Not only is the selection the best in town but the people are great. I specially bring my purchase to the retail side over because Heather is so lovely to me. Lehrer's helps my business be successful

I used Lehrer's for my wedding- I ordered both bulk and arranged flowers. I would have given this 5-stars as my flowers were stunning. The only real problem I had was truly just communication. Due to me ordering bulk flowers separately from my arranged, I had separate orders. I felt like the employees really didn't communicate with one another as I would get a call from someone to ask a question I had previously answered with Tracey. Beautiful flowers delivered on time and for a very reasonable price. Was really happy with the size of the arrangement and overall quality. Would recommend to a friend and would use again!

I've never worked with a florist before buy my overall experience went well. The bouquets I ordered for my wedding came out perfect and exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what I wanted but gave my florist my ideas and she brought them to life. I saved my bridal boquet as a keepsake in a shadow box. The only thing I didn't like was the communication process. Tracy Goodman was amazing to work with, very responsive and the flowers for our wedding were stunning. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was! We had reception floral, bouquets, wrist corsages boutineers, flower crowns for the flower girls and a hair comb for the bride done and everything was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Lehrer's!
