Leidy was on top of everything throughout the process. There were several times we were busy and forgot about documents we needed to sign. Without Leidy, this would have been an very different survey. Hated the underwriter's process and whatever appraiser your company contracted. Unprofessional. Leidy even tried to explain away their lack of due diligence. However, extensions for 10 days on a new construction purchase of 4 months is negligence. We had to file 4 extensions. Funding came down to the wire after having signatures 45 hours prior. Will think long and hard before allowing clients to sign up for this treatment again.
