We ordered and paid, in full, for our simple 12X16 building with a few reasonable requests for minor customization. In about 1 week we received a call from Bill stating our building was finished and delivery was scheduled for 11/25/2019 in the afternoon. Everything went exactly as scheduled and our building was delivered and leveled in the location we had chosen. I ordered a 12 x 16 Chalet from Leland with a few modifications. Everything turned out exactly as scripted, the shed is made with superior quality. The delivery to my lake house was seamless and perfectly executed. This was a great experience all the way around. I highly recommend Leland!!!

Superb experience! Saved several hundred dollars on a standing display. Sales person Lawrence was excellent! Johnny negotiated fairly and we were happy. Quality of the shed is very good and suits my needs... really needed shelves but didn't wish to pay extra to have them installed. Delivery was scheduled for 11 AM yesterday (23 Nov). Installer was on-time and, using the mule system, was able to finesse the shed within inches of where I wanted it. Your installer was outstanding.
