The absolute WORST. I’ve called and requested my credit report be updated to reflect my balance has been reduced by practically $9000.00 to less than $1000.00 and they have done NOTHING. My credit report has not been updated in five months. But you can bet if I had a late payment it would’ve been done immediately! Stay away from this company, HORRIBLE! And don’t waste my time with platitudes to call your customer service, do you not think I’ve done that already??
Loan application was simple and fast. Received an email to create access but site must be down since I've attempted logging in since 12/28/23 and it's 1/7/24. Received CSR call but it didn't work either. With a lending service like this, it should not be this difficult to create a portal.
