Overall I was pleased with the experience. From the first contact with the loan adviser, thru the approval and acceptance of the loan was a very quick process. The only "issue" I had,was after the prompt responses and help leading up to sending my info to underwriting, I had trouble getting my adviser to return my phone calls & e-mails to answer a couple of questions for me, to the point I spoke with another adviser. I understand they have other clients, but ....
They were very helpful with my account. They followed up with me when I had concerns...
