I don’t like the sneaky, unmarked mail-out they sent me, saying “DO NOT DISCARD” and “IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENCLOSED,” when it was really just an ad.

Beware! Misleading! I get an offer from them to refinance my car, I call them up, the rep tells me I have to take the car to the local Nissan dealership to get it looked at for the refinancing, I make it clear I do not want to buy a new car, he assures me it will just be for the refinance, but to make sure to let the dealer know if I do like a car while I'm there. I received a letter in the mail about refinancing my vehicle through Lendward. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to go ahead with this company. I went online, and they wanted me to make an appointment. I made one, but to my understanding, I had to go into a dealership in town. I just wanted a quote about my vehicle, not go anywhere to talk to someone. I messaged Lendward about this and they did not respond at all, even after a few days. By not sending spam. its a great way to get the kind of customers they want but not a great way to spread positive information about themselves

Customer service was fantastic, they sent me a few letters saying I could get out of a high interest payment on a car that was no longer practical for my growing family. They informed me to go to one specific place, to get a newer car, at a lower interest rate, and cheaper monthly payment. Needless to say I got a brand new car, higher interest rate, and higher payment... soooooooo, mission accomplished? at least we all fit in one vehicle now.
