This is my first experience seeking assistance for a structural engineering report. I reached out to Level Engineering, and they connected me with a representative named John, accompanied by a lady. I was truly impressed by their professionalism; they conducted thorough due diligence and provided a comprehensive report. Their follow-up and guidance were exceptional, ensuring I received clear instructions throughout the process,they are amazing .

Highly recommend Grant! Back in August, my wife and I noticed a crack running through the tile of our home. We were set to leave 2 weeks later for an international trip. We live in a 2020 build and still have warranty on structural issues. After seeking some advice, we wanted a third party review and found Grant! I requested a Structural Engineer for a home that I was interested in purchasing and was assigned to an engineer named Grant. While my experience with the customer service of Level Engineering was subpar, Grant made up for it as he was very understanding and professional. He took the time to review the home inspection and provided valuable information primarily through viewing the photographs. Mind you, the site visit wasn't completed yet.
