Highly recommend Grant! Back in August, my wife and I noticed a crack running through the tile of our home. We were set to leave 2 weeks later for an international trip. I worked with Grant Escobar on a permit project for my home in South Tampa and will say it was a great experience. Very professional and helped navigate the complex (and frustrating city permitting issues) to tackle the multiple permit project. Being able to rely on someone when dealing with the city is half the battle and this was a relief. The project moved along quickly and was approved with minor re-visits of the work. I requested a Structural Engineer for a home that I was interested in purchasing and was assigned to an engineer named Grant. While my experience with the customer service of Level Engineering was subpar, Grant made up for it as he was very understanding and professional.
