I was very pleased with the experience. The sales person took the time to show me a variety of options and she listened to what I needed. I did not feel that I was led to any particular products or upsold to a more expensive item

As always a good experience. Bernardo was terrific. He checked in with us at intervals and was readily available but never pushy. We are excited about our new furniture and we will be back for more.
