Steven did a great job with assisting us with our purchases, but at the same time did not pressure us with a sale. The follow up staff did a great job calling us and helping us with a couple of problems related to delivery of furniture and gave us some options. One way to improve would be the loading dock personal need to give better with helping customers with loading the furniture. They were quit busy with multiple customers but I would have appreciated them helping more with loading furniture onto my truck. Thanks Agai... read more

I have to say that I had a wonderful sales associate I think her name was Karen and she she really she was so knowledgeable and so kind and just just help me so much and I really appreciate this I'm getting another mattress after this one was 14 years old and they were very nice to me at the time it's a wonderful place to shop and I like their I like their policies so I gave him five stars
