Mark who I worked with was great! He was very nice, personable, and helpful with my questions. He told me things to look for and be aware of when buying my leather furniture. I was a little disappointed, but not completely surprised when I walked in to buy the chair and ottoman that all the sales people working towards the front were sitting on their phones and no one offered to help.
