Dean was my associate. He was patient, kind, helpful, and even a little funny! We wandered all over the store looking for the perfect piece. He was with me as I sat on every couch cushion. Finally, I found an olive green couch which was exactly what I wanted. I did have to wait a week to receive it, that was a bummer. However, the delivery people were quick, careful and kind. I offered them a water for the heat for the day since they were delivering in this blistering heat. Overall experience 10/10.
