Our salesman was excellent! Richard Pongonis knew his inventory and took time to listen to us and lead us to just the right mattress! He was well informed on the item we purchased and advised all it offered in the way of guarantees and warrantees, along with advantages of additional protection over and above what was “basic” detail!
