Our salesman John P was a pleasure to work with. I was primarily just coming into look at furniture to get ideas for our space, but because of how helpful he was, and the time he spent with us to help us decide, I ended up purchasing! The experience exceeded my expectations.

From stepping into the.Levin monroeville store to delivery and setup in my home was exceptional. The texts and emails were a bit much but I was kept informed. Chuck my sales man was kind, patient and answered all my questions with no pressure sales. The delivery guys , for whom I felt sorry for, delivered in rain with no lift gate on truck nor lifting straps to help them. Couch was covered in plastic and very slippery plus wet from rain.
