Elissa was great. Greeted me and I said I was looking for recliners. She showed me where they all were and gave me the space to try every one of them. Found my favorite and she arranged for it to be delivered a few days later. Was a wonderful experience to have a low pressure highly knowledgeable sales person who was kind and a fellow animal lover.

Our salesperson Rob Coyle was not only kind and helpful but very informed in the product. Not only that but he brought over Jerome, a former mover turned salesman over to assure us by measuring the item would fit in our house and offered to help the movers, via phone, if they needed suggestions.
