I was greeted immediately upon entering the store & informed the sales rep I was just looking. The sales rep answered my questions, he explained the delivery & protection plan thoroughly. Very pleased with the service.

It was a perfect delivery. Men were on time, brought the chair in, placed it where I asked them to and assembled it in minutes and they were gone. Very efficient and competent.

Toni Petraglia is a great associate to work with. She was not overwhelming. She explained things very simply. She never overcomplicated anything. She let us drive the conversation and provided us our options. She was true to her word on pricing. She has a great team behind her. My wife and I were looking for recliners and you had the ones we liked and at the right price. The sale that was going on put the price where we could afford them. We purchased a couch as well and Carla was our sales representative and she was great. Helped us with everything and was very knowledgeable with all the furniture and brands.
