If not for Levins great selection of reclining furniture, we would probably still be shopping for the sofa and loveseat we are absolutely thrilled with! Great customer service! Friendly greeting when entering the store. Our salesman, Edward, was not pushy at all. He was close by when we did need him.

Sales experience was good sales associate was wonderful. The payment side of the transaction was very rocky. The register/ computer process was very clumsy. Took a bout 40 minutes. The managers and another sales associate had to assist. Had to pick up the furniture the next week. Went to dock. Dock guy was awesome. Helped get the floor model on my truck.
