We had a great experience at Levin Mattress. We needed to replace our cooling mattress protector that seems to not be cooling after approximately 6 years. We were greeted promptly by the salesman and purchased a new one. He also mentioned that he would contact the manufacturer to see if we could be compensated in any way since the cooling seems to be not working after only 6 years. He was very professional and helpful!
