I was greeted by a knowledgeable employee who directed me to the mattress that met all my needs: king-size, firm, good quality. I felt no pressure from the sales associate. I tried out the mattress and decided right away to buy it. It was a good experience. Brianna was great.

Best customer service in the Pittsburgh area. The West Mifflin location needs to take lessons from the staff in Robinson.

Jennifer was knowledgeable about all products and was able to guide me to my perfect pillow fit. Not only was Jennifer kind and willing to help me, but the store had an incredible selection which made for a top tier experience. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and personable as well. She my wife and I very comfortable and answered all the questions we had. Although it was sticker shock for us the zero financing option sealed the deal.
