I went into the store knowing the size of the mattress I wanted, but unsure of anything else. I read a lot on the Internet before coming in but that just made things more confusing. Stan explained my options clearly and, based on our discussion, was able to make recommendations based on what I was looking for and show me a couple of models for comparison.
