It's simple - decisions, for me, are based on relationships. My partner and I have been to more than 5 different stores (Levin and others) testing and looking at mattresses. Once we met Matt, at the Strongsville store, we were ready to purchase..He worked with us, talked through our situation, and ultimately navigated us to a good purchase. It's never easy spending thousands of dollars on an item, but - in this case - it worked (not because of the item) but because of the person selling your product. Thabk you Matt.

I went to the Avon store first and talk to a gentleman and told him what I was looking for a full size mattress in a box and he was nice and went over everything and told me that the mattress was 497.00 and if I get the box spring it would be half off so it would be 99.00 and I had told him that I had a gift credit that was in my husband name for 200.00 and he look into to make sure I could use it and he said yes then he went to look for the mattress and realized he didn’t have that one but he did tell me that middleburg or... read more
