Started out ok. Went to the hearing and had a person who had no idea about my case, also seeked legal advice and was assured on something that actually contributed to my denial.
actually talk to the client, the commercial says you will talk to Gary or Levine on your very first call ' I did not, they filed my paperwork on line and in 22months' I never heard from them ' I had to call them to get an update, I called three times and talk to a legal aid once, and never got an update on my case, this firm earned 6 grand for filing paperwork, I did all the talking with social security in order to get my claim approved, as far as I'm concerned you'd be better off doing it yourself
Way to expensive... I never heard from my lawyer till it was over I did my own work and they charged me $6000.00 for what I think was work that I did myself for what they did .....also l called them about 4-5 times during my case should have been charged far less
I had 2 denials from social security Disability and I was just ready to throw in the towel and I googled attorneys that handle social security cases when you’re denied and I chose Levin and Benjamin once they accepted my case my mind was at ease I wasn’t stressing anymore they took care of everything as they said they would and after a few short months I won my case I’m so happy that I chose Levin and Benjamin to help me fight my case So with that being said I Highly recommend this law firm to handle your case
