I have 2 special needs kids and I was looking for a new dentist. Lewisville Kids Dentistry was at a resource fair and the staff seemed knowledgeable about both my son's challenges when it comes to things medically related. Even though the office is 45 minutes away from me I wanted to be secure knowing that my boys are well cared for. At the first visit we were given a tour and the staff explained everything so we could feel comfortable. First appt for my 2 youngest and they did awesome with them. Great experience and recommend to everyone who needs a kid's dentist!!! �� 2 thumbs up!!! Great staff!!!
It had been over a year since my boys had a cleaning, time just got away from us. We decided to try out a new dentist and we loved it! The office staff was so nice on the phone and were able to get us in during spring break! They gave us a tour and gave the kids time to play and get comfortable in the office. The dental assistant was really sweet and took her time explaining everything, but at the same time it was a very quick appointment. From the front desk to the dentist to the dental assistant to the hygienist and to the treatment plan personal they all have gone above and beyond for my child so we can get his dental work done.
