Alice helped to sell our house. She not only helped sell it once, when our offer on another house fell through (there was a reverse contingency written into the sales contract), she sold it a second time. Both times above asking and within a matter of hours. Alice is easy to work with, giving advice and answering questions you didn't know you had. Always available. Positive, friendly yet professional. Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had with Alice. Highly recommended! We were in a very difficult spot when we reached out to Alice, we had already moved out of state and our home had been sitting on the market for over 6 months. We wanted to freshen up our listing, but we didn't know how to start. Adding to the complexity is that we had a relocation company in the middle of this too. Thankfully, Alice accepted the challenge! She helped us find a very nice Towne House. She then found a Great Attorney to help with the closing and we really did not have to do anything! She arranged the inspection also before the closing.
