Alice helped to sell our house. She not only helped sell it once, when our offer on another house fell through (there was a reverse contingency written into the sales contract), she sold it a second time. Both times above asking and within a matter of hours. Alice is easy to work with, giving advice and answering questions you didn't know you had. Always available. Positive, friendly yet professional. Highly recommended! We were in a very difficult spot when we reached out to Alice, we had already moved out of state and our home had been sitting on the market for over 6 months. We wanted to freshen up our listing, but we didn't know how to start. Adding to the complexity is that we had a relocation company in the middle of this too. Thankfully, Alice accepted the challenge! She helped us find a very nice Towne House. She then found a Great Attorney to help with the closing and we really did not have to do anything! She arranged the inspection also before the closing.
Marleen helped us for almost a year to find the perfect property for us. She was responsive to our many requests to look at available properties and was able to advise on many topics along the way. We would recommend Marlene to others looking to buy property in the Crystal Lake area.
As a first time buyer, house hunting can be extremely overwhelming and tedious, and it also requires a lot of patience.
