The DMV of health care. Getting surgery takes less time than an annual visit for a healthy young person. I have been here for 2 hours so far today and that’s actually shorter than most times. I forget every year how bad it actually is until I’m here wishing I brought a sleeping bag and texting my boss about how I’ll be 3 hours late for work. Here’s a foreign concept: put the patient first and don’t overbook to make money. Absolutely absurd.

Just had THE MOST unprofessional appointment for my father (Dr. said she did not have the time to deal with my father (who has a mild case of dementia) - and that she has other patients). WILL NEVER GO TO LEXINGTON EYE AGAIN and will surely NEVER recommend anyone to go there - despite the fact that my parents and I have gone for many years. Despicable comments and behavior by a so-called professional.

RecommendedI drive all the way from North Andover. Dr. Kristen Stanley is amazing ,Very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is attentive and reliable. Always on time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My appointment was 3:15pm on April 13th, 2016 at the Concord Center. After waiting for TWO HOURS, I asked the receptionist how long more is the wait? She had a VERY RUDE DEMEANOR and replied - 'I don't know, the doctor or the nurse will let you know'. At 5:45pm I was the only last patient in waiting room. And the rude receptionist switched off the lights and TV as if nobody is present in the room and walked away without saying anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUDE BEHAVIOR!!!!
