I'm grateful for this program, I only have one complaint. My initial payment was quoted and I paid that amount for almost 9 months, being told that my payment would not increase during the negotiation process. That changed at 9 months when settling out one of my debts. I'm not pleased with the increase in payment. When my budget was based on a specific payment.

Liberty walked me through the process so I would know what to expect. Two offers have been made to me which I've accepted. I can be debt free by August 2026, where as it would have taken me until 2029 had I continued paying the interest rates of the Creditors. The process works. The Legal team is awesome. No more harassing calls from creditors.
