My relationship with Liberty is still fresh at this point. So far, the people who have assisted me in the process have been kind as well as knowlegable. There are glimmers of light, indicating progress as well. So far, I am happy with the company.
They were very helpful in negotiations with one creditor. However, they have not made any progress with another and communication is non-existent. Settlements are very good, but settlement fees are outrageous.
