From the moment I walked into the office, talked with the receptionist, was walked back to a room, and spoke with Dr. Tran, I knew I had select the right doctor.
My first visit went well I felt a little rushed out however Dr. Tran was able to treat my skin condition. I will be back, hopefully I will not feel rushed this time. Maybe I came on a super busy day.
Dr and staff were attentive to complaints and explained treatment.
The lobby is open with plenty of room. The check in staff is very cordial and helpful, the examination rooms are very clean and orderly. Dr. Tran is always quick to see me. Dr. Tran gives me a thorough examination and discusses clearly the state of my condition.
Great office, wonderful experience from start to finish! Dr. Tran and his staff are professional, friendly and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Tran listens to your concerns, answers all your questions. Explains your treatment options.
