Simple amazing. I’ve never had any issues since I’ve been in housing. Mr. Bobby is awesome, great guy.
I placed the call on 7/14 and learned from a family member that entered the residence before I returned home that the problem was resolved. That was less than 6 hours after placing the call (my apologies, I cannot remember who took my call). Thanks to Mr. Lucas for his expertise and sense of urgency!

The maintenance worker (forgot name) was very professional and nice. He placed my packages in my home since he was at our home performing maintenance. We really appreciated that. Thank you.
Woke up at 6 AM to no hot water. Called in the request and received a call back from the maintenance team within 15 minutes. After the maintenance technician arrived, it was quickly determine a new hot water heater was needed. The new heater was installed by 10 AM. Both the technician and plumber were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would prefer an app for submitting all maintenance requests.
