RecommendedNo organization that serves so many people can be perfect and certainly there are things I'd change. That said, every.single.time. we have had an issue, they have responded in a timely manner and taken care of it with thoroughness and professionalism -- AND if it was necessary for us to be displaced temporarily they have either provided a room at the Presidential Inn or the use of the guest suite house. My family is exceptionally thankful for the service we have received in our six years as Liberty Park residents.

When we wanted to move to a bigger home because we had another child, they gave us the run around. We filled out the paper work because we’re pregnant again. And they never even put us on the list. It’s been months. No one contacted us. And now that we’re following up AGAIN, they are telling us we’re low priority and have 14 people ahead of us. We have sooooo many mold problems. Update: I got put at the bottom of the waitlist because “I already have a home” and incoming residents have priority. Even though my house is making my son and I super sick.
