HAILEY is the best! All the bud tenders are awesome at HOTN but I have to send A special shout out to Hailey for her great customer service and personality. She always greets me by my name and always makes me feel welcome. Thank you so much for the hospitality! HOTN is my Fav in The Valley !!

Jimena saved my day! I came in at the start of a migraine, hoping I could get some relief because I was about to have a BAD day. After telling Jimena my situation, she suggested a tea that was 20mg CBD and 10mg THC. She also suggested a great edible. I felt confident in her knowledge and bought them both. FIRE This place is amazing! All the budtenders are so helpful! I waited in line just so this beautiful blonde employee could help me. I ended up walking out with more then I needed because everything is so fire there. I got 2 house joints which were bomb and only $7.00, a cartridge and some nugs. Plus I got my local discount. Its hard to stay focused when a beautiful girl like that ( platinum blonde hair and green eyes) is in front of you! Stay focused my friends!!!!!!!!

Good brand and strain selection So this place is super convenient as it’s maybe a half mile off I-10 so it’s a quick trip in and out. What I liked best was their selection because even though it’s a small shop, they have the best brands and the best strains of those brands. They clearly know which strains for Brass Knuckles, Heavy Hitters, Kingpen, are the most desired and that’s what they stock. Awesome I'm stoked with the quality of products and competitive pricing. Happy hour and local love. Hell yea!!! The budtenders are all super helpful and take their time showing you stuff. Also I have to mention.. they are right off the freeway, so it's really easy to get to if you're on the east end of the valley. 🙏

AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was my first time there and this fine as hell blonde girl, I think her name is jenna helped me out. She recommended the cosmic glue and that stuff is fire! I will definitely be back to try more products and to see her again. Plus I got a local discount, this place cant get any better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad visit So I come here often it was one of my favorite shops but some employees dont remind or say that you get 10% on your purchase if youre a local and I come here a lot, well they just changed rules that you have to show your id to see if your a local which was weird cause they always see me so I would believe they know I'm a local and if they did change rules how come they wouldn't ask if I'm a local so they can see my id, well I went back to get some of my money and I kinda felt like they where trying to make me feel ... read more
