Life Storage on Richey has Great Customer Service from Both Tina and Austin. The tour and explanation of the facility was very impressive, along with the great lighting in hallways, elevator that was wide enough for moving large items into it. Hallways that are wide, security camera's, locks with security notification tape. Just wish they had a dumpster for customers.
Wow! What a clean and well-managed location! I looked at a few places, and even though this self storage location was a bit out of my way and maybe a bit higher, they got my money! The manager sold her product - a clean, well managed facility! I needed both storage and an office for my small business, and Richey Road Self Storage had it all. I'd recommend it to anyone - if you're looking for something in this area, give it a try!
Great experience leasing with these folks. Needed a truck, they had a new one. Needed the most convenient space at a good price, they had several to show me and all within a humidity controlled area...better than what I have at home. Nice manager who seems very protective of my belongings.
