My stay has been absolutely amazing since day one. I was affected by the hurricane and the staff helped in every way they could. I’m truly grateful for the hours of access to the always available carts to bring and take my things as needed. I would recommend this location any day !! Although I’m moving into my apartment I’m keeping a unit here because I feel comfortable with my extra things in their care !
This storage unit is amazing. Great area, friendly workers, very convenient, and never any problems. I use the storage unit to store parts and personal belongings. I have been living in this area for almost 10 years and really enjoy stopping here. I recommend getting a unit here, it’s very affordable and honestly you won’t even feel it. The workers are also an incredible help ! You should get a unit here !!
Extra Space Storage on Richey is an absolutely wonderful storage facility!! Having my stuff with them has been without any question the best storage experience I have ever had before in my life! I have kept my stuff here with them on three separate occasions because they are so nice and helpful! The only reason I am leaving today is because I now own a house that can fit all of my stuff! 😆 I would most definitely 100% recommend this business to anyone!! Went into the office, not knowing what to look for. Austin was very helpful in discovering my needs. Went over a few information on maybe getting a bigger unit just for the near future was able to choose a Storage and made the whole process easy. Great customer service I do recommend.
