Andrew helped me with showing and the rental of the unit. He was courteous and helpful with all my needs and questions. I was very impressed by the experience.
Nice storage and great experience. I was able to check in without any crews at Saturday night. Unit is clean with lock provided. I do bring my own lock and let them know once office is open. Just making sure don’t open the original package from lock. They can use for next rental I think. They do refund your money back if you are providing your own lock. Wanted to switch units for a more affordable price and Andrew Morales assisted me with this. Andrew is so knowledgeable. Just when I thought there was no other option, he would give me several! This guy is amazing! I left with an affordable unit to transfer to. If you're looking for a great place to store your memories and phenomenal staff like Andrew and Daniel, this is the place!
Andrew Morales has incredible customer service skills. My girlfriend and I had a very stressful time during our move and he made everything so pleasant with finding us the perfect unit and rate to relive some stress. Please ask for Andrew and he will make sure you leave satisfied and stress free.
