The customer service agents have been kind. Kajay listened to what I wanted advice in, compassionately, and counseled me on what I can do that should help my situation. She also handled it very well when I told her I would prefer a therapist who does faith-based treatment and Christian counseling. And one more thing, overall, I loved how comfortable I naturally felt from the first interaction I had with her. I could tell in her voice and her countenance that she does care for her patients.
