The staff is friendly and patient. They truly understand that people with mental illnesses are people too. It can be very difficult. Phone system answering services just put people in voicemail hell. I would an option that is simple to find.. from the main menu. It should say something like... "If this matter isn't urgent or life threatening, but you can't find the option you want, press whatever digit to be transferred to a staff member."
