Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. They refinished two bathtubs for me on August 7, 2026. Initially, they left a faucet dripping, which caused a water stain on one of the newly refinished tubs. I thought that was the main problem, but it turned out to be minor compared to what I discovered later: the entire tub remained sticky and never properly cured, despite never being used. Horrible work!.. Hired these people to refinish my cabinets, there’s paint everywhere where it shouldn’t be and barely any paint where it should be!.. Do yourselves a favor & stay away from them!
Their work is a joke! The paint started to peeling off after the 4th weeks. Contacted them to comeback to fix the issue (see pictures) still under warranty. They will give you all kind of excuses and playing game with you by charging you for additional fees. Please do yourself a favor AVOID this irresponsible company. If I have an option to give them a Negative 5 Stars, I would use it. Thumb Down!
I hired Lifetime Home Services on May 27th, 2025 to do a complete re-grouting job in my bathroom. The first issue is that the technician arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. It took the technician an hour and 30 minutes to complete the re-grouting job in my bathroom. Mind you, Pablo, the scheduling manager, informed me that the job would take 5 hours to complete. My contracted this company out for four different jobs. Two of the jobs were for reglazing and painting the tiles in my two bathrooms.They did a decent job, but didn't do a great job cleaning up after. 3rd job was suppose to refinish and stain my kitchen cabinets. Because of poor customer service I found out the day of the job that I would have to paint the cabinets instead although the written agreement stated that I wanted them stained not painted so last minute I had to decide on a paint color.
