They are very patient when it comes to your kids and their fears. They let them touch all the tools that they will be using to help reduce their anxiety. They are kind and very approachable.
The staff was really sweet. I loved that they all had buttons of their faces so the kids could see what they looked under masks. Thank you for making my son’s experience a good one!
