Absolutely horrible dentist. I have been going to these people for about a year maybe a little more but every single time I come I have to wait an hour plus past my appointment time. They over book the patients and it’s absolutely ridiculous. The staff “Amy” is rude as well. Only 1 parent is allowed in the room per family and I have 4 children. They have changed a policy to automatically cancel your appointment if you don’t text or email back. No option for phone calls. Very impractical and inconvenient for me. The office manager is rude, and I have not dealt with a single receptionist who was not rude either. After 4 years with 2 kids, we are switching dentists.

Arrived early for appointment. With a very clear understanding that does not mean we would go in early. However, after sending a text to let staff know we were here we received a text stating someone would be with us shortly in the car to take temperatures. After 30 minutes no one showed. So I decided to call. At that point, I was informed that they were running behind and that we could be waiting an additional 30 to 45 minutes. At no time was just as close prior to me having to call in to make sure that everything was OK.... read more

Had appointments book for my son on days I was off and they changed both to the following week without letting me know or confirming I was off or available. Receptionist is not friendly at all.
