Friendly interactions but I would have liked further guidance on refinancing options. I also felt like an inconvenience at times with wanting to see the numbers, having questions, and looking at different options. A few options that were mentioned early on were not mentioned again, and the information seemed inconsistent. I hope my best interest was in mind.

To make the process and experience better I would suggest more communication and explanation of steps and time frames from start to end. I had long periods of no communication and no idea the progress of my refinance. It took 6 plus months to finish my refinance and I only had communication for 2 months at the beginning and after I started reaching out for information it got better at the end. Nice friendly people but I started looking at other companies due to the lack of communication.

The communication was a bit scattered and slow. I was asked for documents, provided then, and then asked for more on several occasions. The more scattered I needed to gather, scan and fax, the harder it was to stay timely. She was very polite and professional, however.

Getting the run around on the closing cost. Was told there wasn't any. And in the end they said it was escrow. Which in a round about way. It could b. But it was the bottom line for the two loans. Wasn't impressed with that. Besides that everything else was good.
