RecommendedVery clean facility and very friendly staffing. Unlike the last vet clinic I used, you ain't all closed up in a small waiting area waiting for an hour minimum. Been using this clinic for two years and never had the long waits and generally in and out within a reasonable time.
This vet has been extremely unorganized, overpriced, and blatantly unprofessional. We brought our dog in for a mass removal, but were charged an additional $190 for an unauthorized teeth cleaning. When we brought it to their attention, they deflected their faulty instruction and forced us to find another vet. Theft by dishonest service! Very disappointed by the integrity of this organization.
My son boarded our healthy dog from July 2-9 with Lindale Vet Clinic and ended up with a very sick dog! When he picked him up the dog was hacking and vomiting. When he questioned it the girl at the front just ignored him. We found out by contacting another vet that he got “kennel cough” and was very sick!! When he called the next morning to speak with the vet, they brushed it off again! Then he was told the vet would call him back after he insisted on an explanation. my dog was neglected correct treatment and died in January. they neglected his health and ignored my cry's for help. just kept giving me the same antibiotics over and over. I finally got a second opinion only for them to tell me he was so far neglected that there was no fixing him. they didn't try to apologize. I spent tons of money trying to get them to atleast listen to me about the knot in his belly and they shrugged it off like it was nothing and called it a bacterial infection. my money is gone as well as my emotional s... read more
Dogs nails were not clipped when we had already paid for it after leaving dog for several days. Dog caught a cough while boarded and we were not told this was going around the clinic until after we called and inquired.
OUTRAGEOUSLY priced! Lacked proper etiquette when handling a new client and animal owner. Mis-vaccinated my pregnant mares, and made me pay for the unwanted vaccine. Told they floated teeth and the owning vet only floated top, then told me she couldn't float the bottom, because she didn't have the tools...needless to say I had to pay for a "partial" job, then go to a different vet to have them completed! Total rip off!!! Not ONE APOLOGY!
