The remodel is very nice! Lindsey Manor is doing wonderful updates their community! The new appliances, granite, backsplash, carpet, 2 inch blinds, cabinet face and hardware are very nice and make the place more modern. The office staff here are top notch and maintenance crew do a great job of fixing things in a timely manner. All the staff go above and beyond for me! I feel safe here and it is very quiet and peaceful!

Amazing Dana, Matt, and Misty are hands down the best office staff at Lindsay Manor. Marvin and his maintenance crew are awesome. Wonderful swimming pool and outdoor area to have activities for your family.

Safe and very clean complex! Been living here now for 4 years. Can't complain about anything really. My 2 bedroom 1 bath is decent size. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for an apartment. The grounds are always kept clean. Someone here or easily accessible pretty much all the time. Management is on top of things. They are always just a phone call or text away to get something fixed if needed. Nice playground for kids and a great size pool. Awesome ! I have lived here for almost 2 years . Miss Dana and the office staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The dwellings are kept clean and if there are any problems they are quick to assist . The pools is very clean and its enjoyable to spend time there as well. lastly also like the cares team with at least three functions a month for renters to come and enjoy what they have planned for the month.

Decent I have lived here for 4 years.the floor plan is alright but not all apartments have outside storage,which would be nice to have. Parking seems to be a persistent problem even with assigned spaces. They more often then not get to maintenance issues in a timely manner. However,they have raised my rent every year I have been here. Snow can be a real issue when you need to get in or out as they don't have on site ways of dealing with it(they do make snow melt/to k salt available which you have to get yourself and I have n... read more

Outstanding Apartment!!! I moved in with my father about 3 months ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find the high quality of not only the apartment itself, but also how hard the apartment administration works for their tenants. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Value Lindsay Manor us decently priced and in a very close to downtown Kernersville. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and easy to get along with. The grounds do need some updating but the apartments themselves are pretty nice.

Loved it! My wife and I lived here for a year. We would still be here if we didn't have to relocate to Wisconsin for our job. The staff is amazing, apartments are quite, and they are convenient to Winston, Greensboro and High Point. The staff is very helpful and quick if there are any problems. In our one year there was only one problem and they fixed it faster than it took us to realize there was anything wrong. Great place and if life takes us back to the area we will live here again.
