I came to buy a big man's recliner, and I knew what I wanted when I got, the beautiful lady took me to the recliners, presented the colors, and left my alone to make my decision. Picked out the chair, got 1 loaded from the warehouse and headed home to enjoy my new chair all weekend. My experience was a great one and will visit you guys more often. Good job!

The staff at Lindy's are great! I called from out of state to see if they would ship me some pieces for my new home. They were happy to help, and were so friendly! The whole process was easy and well worth it. Love my new items and would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I had a very bad buying experience from Lindy’s furniture and would not recommend shopping in their store. They do not stand behind the products they sale and are not willing to correct issues in a fair manner. I purchased a Jackson Catnapper sofa from Lindy’s. Almost a year later I noticed significant sagging in the middle of the sofa due to a missing leg. This caused the internal frame of the sofa to crack. I will never make a purchase from this store again. I saw a chaise sofa in the store that I liked but the chaise was on the wrong side. I expained this to the salesperson and they recommended that we special order the one that I wanted. We ordered the sofa. When it came in, we rented a truck and picked it up ourselves, because the delivery fee is very expensive. The sofa was wrapped in plastic packaging and other materials. Lady ordered the wrong loveseat. Called about it and she argued blaming me for how it was ordered like I was supposed to know. Talked with David and he said he would talk to sales rep and call me back to see if we could get missing part. Said he would call in a couple of weeks. Its been well over a month and no phone call. Very poor customer service.
