It is OK It is an older Apartment but it is in great shape and the staff is great. It could be a little bigger.
Affordable rent & great location These apartments are a little bit older but they are perfect for being a first apartment. Great location near the oceanfront and plenty of amenities near by. Office staff an maintenance are great as well!

My husband and I moved in back in March of 2012. We absolutely love it. Kim is amazing and very accomodating to all of our needs as residents. She is also very appreciative of the business of her residents which shows in the way the property is ran. We have had no problems. The minor issues we had were taken care of immediately. My girlfriend and I moved in here about a month ago and we have had nothing but help from the girls in the office. We were originally helped by Jamie Murphy and she was such an awesome help. She ended up helping us through the entire process. We love Linkhorn Bay and we are very glad that we decided on this apartment complex. Jamie was a very big reason for our choosing Linkhorn.
I love Linkhorn Place Apartment! The price is amazing plus the free heat and utilities! The manager is very personal and always on top of things. I haven't had any maintenance issues, the neighbors are very friendly, great area, close to beach, safe, plenty of parking, lots of laundry facilities, quiet (minus the jet noise), the apartment was in good shape when i moved in. My grandmother lives here and the noise is horrible she lives downstairs but we can hear music that the people upstairs are listening to.Theres another review talking about the noise but its not about uncool people living under you its about the VERYYYY thin walls.Dont move in unless you enjoy listening to your upstairs neighbors.
