The reps and movers were very nice and professional. However, I was given misinformation, overcharged and then told there was nothing they could do about it. I wouldn't recommend them which is a shame because my only issue was being forced to book for more time than I needed to move less than 10 items only for the movers to finish within the time frame I initially requested. The company claims there is nothing they can do about it so that's just $200 lost.
