We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking with LIOO moving was super easy; their website is fantastic. Communication from the representative I spoke to on the phone was very informative and helpful. The movers were friendly, prompt, considerate, and they worked without complaint for almost 7 hours. I honestly can’t say enough about LIOO. Brian and his colleague showed so much professionalism, even when the job got a little more complicated bc my storage unit was too small. I noticed the effort they put in to make sure everything would work out the way I wanted. I never had to worry about a thing! I would hire them for my next move without question.

Devyn and Jared are THE BEST!! I needed a last minute move for a gigantic, vintage dining table and armoire that was easily 600 pounds total. They lifted it, carried it, and carefully placed it in my home quite easily and efficiently. Very grateful for this team ans evwn my neighbors took notice and hired them the next week!

They worked quickly once they came. They sent an extra person so the move went smoothly. All the crew were friendly and efficient. My only complaints were that the whole crew arrived about an hour late, my dining table and beds were not reassembled, and the boxes were not placed according to the labels, i.e. master closet placed in the living room, etc.

We hired 2 movers to help my mom unload a uhaul into storage. LIOO was quick to respond, was the only one to reach out via phone call after I sent out the request over Thumbtack, and was very fair with their pricing. Mom reported back that the two young men worked very hard, were mindful of her things, and were very respectful. We will absolutely be booking through LIOO again and recommending to friends!
