Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty to track down an error that was made by either the VA or the lawyer which would have shut my refinance down. It turned out to be an error where two digits were transposed. As a result of her diligence, the closing went of on time without a hitch! I would recommend Lisa to anyone. She is thorough, works hard, honest and is just the bomb! - Craig Williamson

I am overall satisfied with my experience. Lisa was friendly and very accessible to me. One thing I would suggest: think of some way to alert the home buyer about moving interest rates. I was told that the publicly visible numbers for interest rates I could find online were probably not accurate/maybe a few days old. If that’s the case and you want the customer to be fully satisfied, cornerstone needs a way to alert buyers that rates are going up, down, etc., so that we know when to lock in the rate. Lisa and the whole staff have great patience with buyers who may be unfamiliar to some of the procedures now being used in mortgage lending.
