I am overall satisfied with my experience. Lisa was friendly and very accessible to me. One thing I would suggest: think of some way to alert the home buyer about moving interest rates. I was told that the publicly visible numbers for interest rates I could find online were probably not accurate/maybe a few days old. If that’s the case and you want the customer to be fully satisfied, cornerstone needs a way to alert buyers that rates are going up, down, etc., so that we know when to lock in the rate. Lisa and the whole staff have great patience with buyers who may be unfamiliar to some of the procedures now being used in mortgage lending. We were those clients, but everyone was very helpful and always had an answer to our questions. Thanks to all for helping us through the complicated process.
