Lisa came highly recommended and I was very happy with my experience, she lived up to the hype. We didn't know what the process was going to be like when we started. Golden Eagle staff are fast to respond and answer all questions. We worked with Lisa Ann Casarez (NMLS 1167888) and despite our crazy nontraditional work hours, Lisa was always available, early morning, late night, weekends, even during her weekend vacation getaway. Lisa was also quick to change our mortgage arrangements as we found our dream house outside, which was outside our chosen price point. Reliable, honest, patient and excellent customer-service!

Where do I even begin!? Lisa and her team at Golden Eagle Mortgage were outstanding! That is a serious understatement. We had a loan going through another lender and our closing was quickly approaching. We were on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and over a month of waiting and processing. From the moment I spoke with her, she sent me over the typical require document letter, and within hours had me preapproved and ready togo. Communication was via email, text, and phone and was instantaneous! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was really over prepared during closing and we were just waiting on the other lender to get their loan and paperwork together. I have already referred her to other family members. And will use her definitely in the future.

Lisa was awesome to work with she goes above and beyond for her customers. As first time homebuyers it’s very intense, but Lisa did a great job and made the process seem seem less from start to end.
