Lisa was always very friendly and courteous, willing to go the extra mile; for example, in securing a lower interest rate. We appreciated that she came to our closing. Only minor quibble is that we had to pay an extra fee because we closed a day after the expected closing date. No one had told us about this consequence of closing a day later. However, Lisa was able mitigate the damage by getting the fee reduced for us. This is another example of her problem-solving skills.

Lisa was available to answer any questions I had & took the time to patiently answer questions. Lisa all never made me feel pressured into any part of the home buying process.
