We were pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness, and efficiency of the staff. However, we were overwhelmed with the constant barrage of documents to sign, preliminary loan estimates, and requests for our bank, IRA, and other investment statements. It seems to me that grouping all these requests together for signing electronic documents on one, or maybe two occasions would have been less stressful.
